‍‍I have this opportunity to work on a project from Oracle® for an international financial institution located in Manila - Phillipines.The scope of the work is to create a live prototype of a  dashboard used by employees.

Scope
There are two main Dashboard I have to create in a 2 weeks. The first is a dashboard for User who is a Funding manager to manually review and matched a fund with a Non Profit organization / Country that need the funding.
The second is a dashboard for Manager to review all the flows that run on the company
Challenge
The challenge here is since this is a financial institution with a world wide scope, they have thousands of user accounts, and billions of datas to manage.Showing all those data at once without confusing user is quite a challenge. Also since this organization been running for a long time, most of the users are not easily accepted any changes on their workflow even when it does help them.

Solution
The solution I come up is using color code for element and and separate pages contextually by showing only the needed UI for each tasks.

Scope
The scope of the work is to redesigning better UX and UI and Supervising the frontend developer's tasks to ensure that they deliver the requested client deliverables as outlined in the scope of work.
Challenge
The challenge mostly come from the restriction from the original framework that make us had to sometimes finding a way around to achieve the designed interface.

The project ended up last for 3 years , as clients want to extend the system to the other 5 countries with their own specific requirement, one of the new experienced I had with this are how  language other than latin ( Chinese & Thailand) can bring a problem for the frontend side significantly.

About
Dashboard for a SaaS webapp for employee reimbursement process. Interesting project to do as I build from ground up, Starting from creating user journey, process research, UI design system, and even the product logo.

Challenge
The challenge for me are mostly to understanding the company reimbursement system, with no background of economic and business education at all the flow can sometimes become overwhelmed, but once you understand how things should work usually I come up with something fresh and can create a more intuitive solution.

Redesigning both UX and UI for an old system and added a integrate mobile application to the system. Pretty complex project that took over 3 years to finish due to interation on user journey experience.

Scope
Creating a better UX and UI for a Hub that connects Driver - Fleet - Attorney, both for Desktop and mobile version.

Challenge
The challenges here are simplifying lots amount of data for each case for the Admin dashboard, and also put that same amount of information in a mobile version format.
